Montciel Executive Communication Coaching strives to offer premium, personalised and highly effective English coaching.
To achieve the best possible outcomes, our preferred coaching style is through face-to-face delivery, conducted in 60-minute sessions, on a weekly basis, although there is flexibility in this.
Sessions take place in a private, relaxed and stylish coaching environment in Hiroo, central Tokyo.
On-site coaching at alternative locations and online sessions are possible upon arrangement.

Having worked extensively across Asia-Pacific, Europe, the Middle East, Africa and the Americas, Nicholas combines senior-level corporate communications experience with a highly personalised coaching approach focused on practical, real-world communication.
Career highlights include senior corporate communications roles with Canon Europe and Aggreko plc. Nicholas also led the international communications function for Rugby World Cup 2019 in Tokyo and the Global PR & Promotions function for Osaka Expo 2025.
Alongside leading a Tokyo-based communications consultancy serving clients across government, tourism, major events, professional sport, and industrial B2B, Nicholas works closely with a select group of coaching clients seeking more natural, confident, and internationally effective English language ability.
